💄WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS: 

Bring your own makeup from home. When you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email with the list of recommended items to bring to class. If you are missing anything on the list, you may arrive early to shop on our salesfloor before class begins. If you are looking for a specific product, you may call us to see if we have that item in stock. Due to tariffs and our store being open 6 days a week, there is a possibility some items may be out of stock. We can help you find an alternative or you may use some of our tester. 

❗PLEASE NOTE* If you are not subscribed to our emails, the email sent to you may go to your spam folder. Call us if you do not receive the email. There are no refunds if you arrive to class unprepared without the items needed for class. 

Minor & Guest Attendance Policy: Students under 18 are welcome to attend our classes. If a parent or guardian would like to stay and participate in the class with the minor, a separate ticket must be purchased for each attendee.

Because class seating is limited, every person in the classroom must have a paid ticket, including parents or guardians.

Punctuality & Preparedness Policy: To respect the time of all students, classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled time.

Students who arrive late or need to shop for products after class has begun may miss portions of instruction. Late arrivals or unprepared students are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or rescheduling.

Please arrive to class on time and prepared so you can fully participate in the class.
We recommend arriving early with your kit ready (or to have time for shopping) so you can get the most out of the class.

Cancellation Policy: Tickets are refundable up-to 2 weeks before the class date. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after the 2 week mark. Students that request to cancel with less than 2 weeks until class, arrive late or no-show for class will not receive a refund or transfer to another class.

If the class is canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund for your purchased ticket(s).

There is a possibility you will be in behind the scenes in our photography and recordings that will be shared across our social media and website for marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the terms above.
