Shipping policy

  • ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    We know you are anxiously waiting for your new goodies so we try to process your order as soon as we receive them. We process orders generally within 1 - 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order is placed but we will try to get your order out as quickly as possible. If your order is placed Friday after 12pm or Saturday & Sunday it will be processed and shipped out in the next 1-3 business days which means it will be shipped between Monday - Wednesday. If we are closed for a Holiday your order will be processed the next business day we are open, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday.

    Important: If you select 1-2 day shipping, please be aware that there is a processing time of 1-3 business days before your order is shipped with the chosen 1-2 day shipping option. Please note that no refunds for shipping will be provided if you choose 2 day shipping and it does not arrive within exactly 2 days due to processing time or if the package is delayed by the carrier or country (government agency). 

    All of our regular domestic orders ship for a reasonable flat rate of $7.99. If your order qualifies for free shipping your item will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You can, however, opt for faster shipping at check out if you need your order sooner. Some items in our store will ship directly from our vendors. 

    ***Orders with "LARGE" items will incur a shipping fee of 24.99usd, we would 💚 to give you free shipping on these orders but as a small business we cannot absorb the additional shipping rates due to fuel surcharges etc. 
  • Cancellation Requests:
    Orders may only be canceled if the request is received before a shipping label has been created. Once a shipping label has been generated and/or the order has been shipped, the order is considered in process and cannot be canceled.
  • Delivery Issues

    Damaged Box with missing items - If your order arrives with a damaged box and missing items, please notify us immediately. In these situations, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

  • Order still not delivered - USPS will sometimes mark a package as delivered when it is still in transit. Please give them a little time. If you do not receive your package within a couple of days, please contact your local post office with the tracking info. USPS is the responsible party, once the shipment leaves our facility, it is out of our hands.  

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 24-48 hours for defective, damaged, missing, or wrong items. Beyond 48 hours, we are not liable for fixing or replacing your item. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Stolen Items - We are not responsible for stolen items.

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for items missing due to shipping damage. All compensation for lost or damaged products must be handled through the carrier’s insurance claim process. 

  • An incorrect address was given at check-out - Sadly, if an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for the shipping costs. Once the order is returned to us, we can reship it after collecting the new shipping charges. If the carrier (USPS/UPS/FEDEX ETC.) scans and confirms delivery of your package to your address, we cannot issue a refund for a missing package.
