Our new 2026 makeup room is designed for people who would like to take appointments, create content and/or have a 1 on 1 class with your client.
This is a private room rental so no other artists will be able to book the space when you choose a date and time below.
In addition to the studio, you and your client will have access to our restroom and sink area.
After you book a date and time, no one else can book that date/time.
WHATS INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK A SESSION:
Access to our private beauty studio during the session time you booked.
(1) 8-Foot table
(1) Adjustable height chair
(1) Barstool height chair
(1) Bluetooth speaker
(1) Access to a plug
Restroom and sink access.
ROOM RATE:
• $10 per hour
• Reservations are booked in 1-hour time slots starting at the top of the hour (11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, etc.).
• Need more time? Simply book multiple time slots in a row.
Example:
If you need the room for 2.5 hours, we recommend booking 3 consecutive time slots (3 hours) to allow enough time for your service and cleanup.
ROOM RENTAL HOURS:

Monday - Friday from 11am - 7pm
Saturdays from 11am - 5pm
Sundays - Closed
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
To keep our hourly rate at $10 per hour, we ask that everyone respect their reserved time slot.
Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. You may enter the room at your start time and must be fully cleaned up and out of the room by the end of your booking so the next artist can begin on time.
Example:
If you book 11:00am–12:00pm, you may enter at 11:00am and must be cleaned up and out by 12:00pm.
If you need more time, please book multiple time slots in a row.
To keep the room available for other artists and maintain our $10/hour rate, all bookings must end on time.
If the room is not cleaned up and vacated by the end of your reservation, a $20 late fee will be due before leaving the studio.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- What if my client is late? Can I extend my time?
If your client arrives late and you need more time, you may book the next 1-hour time slot if it is still available.
If the next time slot has already been reserved by another artist, the room must be cleaned up and vacated by your original end time so the next booking can begin on schedule. If one of our other rooms is available, you may move into that room to complete your appointment, availability for our other rooms vary.
- What if I don't see my preferred date and time available?
This means the date and time is no longer available due to someone else booking the space at that time. Contact us by phone or email with any scheduling questions.
- What if I want to book on a Holiday?
We are closed on most holidays. Contact us for special requests.
- What if I need to move my date to a future date?
You can request a transfer via email 10 days or more in advance of your booked date. Requests made 9 days or less in advance are not subject to a transfer.
- Can I get in earlier than my session start time?
You can access the room during your booked session time only. If you feel you need more time than 1 session, you can book multiple sessions.
- Can I book more than 1 session per day?
Yes! If its available, you can book it.
- Can my client bring a child?
No, kids are not allowed in the studio. Kids are not allowed on our salesfloor without supervision of an adult. No exceptions.
- How many people can be in the studio?
Due to the size of the makeup room, a max of 3 people, including the artist can be in the studio. If additional guests are brought in, they can wait outside of the studio on our salesfloor.
- Can I bring another artist into the studio?
Yes you can, you are responsible for anything that artist damages. Damages include but are not limited to: Breaking a mirror, light or chair, burning a chair, damaging the walls etc.
CLEANLINESS:
Every artist that uses the studio is required to leave the space clean for the next person. No makeup on the chairs, tables, mirror or floor. All trash placed in the trash can. No personal items left in the room. Cleaning spray and paper towels are available for use.
CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the nature of this booking, no one else can reserve a spot once you have paid for a session. Due to this, refunds will only be provided if you cancel 10 days or more in advance. Cancellation requests with 9 days or less til your booked date are not subject to a refund or transfer. Please note* we are closed on Sundays so requests are not answered on Sundays.
If theMUAproject is forced to close due to circumstances out of our control, you will receive a refund for your paid session. Events out of our control include but are not limited to: Flooding, extreme weather, quarantine, etc.
There is a possibility you and/or your party/ guest ("client") will be in behind the scenes in our photography and recordings that will be shared across our social media and website for marketing purposes.
By purchasing a session in our studio, you agree to the terms above.
