Welcome to our spacious, clean, and well-lit classroom, perfect for hosting a wide variety of events, classes and activities. Whether you're planning a makeup class, hairstyling class, beauty workshop, yoga session, business meeting, photoshoot, or even a birthday party, this versatile space is fully equipped to meet your needs.Ā
This is a private room rental so no other artists will be able to book the space when you book a date and time.Ā
WHATS INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK OUR CLASSROOM:
- 12 Hollywood Vanity stationsĀ
- 12 Bar height chairs (more chairs are available as an optional add on)
- Hollywood Vanities are spread out across (6)Ā
8-foot tables
- 20 Ft stage
- Live Feed Camera with Zoom options - we will set up the camera for you to show your model on the large 65' TV - you will be able to zoom in and out with the camera remote
- Bluetooth speaker - connect and play your own music!
- Stage lights facing your model
- Makeup directors chair on stage
- 4ft table on the stage for the instructor
ROOM RATES:
Each rental includes a minimum of 4 hour time-block.

ā Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm - 4 hour block is $300 - each additional hour is $50
ā Saturday 11am - 5pm - 4 hour block is $400 - each additional hour is $75
ā Sundays and after hours - The hourly rate starts at $200 per hour and increases depending on the requested timeframe.
ā After hours time are available upon request - send us a message to ask about a certain date/timeframe
We are closed on holidays to spend time with our family.
BOOKING INFORMATION:
50% of the Total Classroom Rental is a non-refundable retainer + signed contract is required to reserve the classroom. After you choose an available date and time, we will send you a contract with the classroom guidelines.Ā
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. You may enter the room at your start time and must be fully cleaned up and out of the room by the end of your booking so the next artist can begin on time.
Example:
If you book 12:00pm ā 4:00pm, you may enter at 12:00pm and must be cleaned up and out by 4:00pm. If you need more time, please book more hours.
If the room is not cleaned up and vacated by the end of your reservation, a $25 late fee every 15 minutes will be due before leaving the classroom.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What if I don't need the room for 4 hours?Ā
No problem! While a 4-hour minimum booking is required, you are welcome to leave earlier if you finish before your reservation ends. Please note that setup and cleanup time are included within your reserved timeframe, and the reservation rate does not change if you use less time.
- Can I decorate the room? Yes! The possibilities are endlessĀ
- Can I set up decorations the day before my reserved date and time? Regrettably, you will not be permitted to set up decorations the day before your room rental. Access to the room will be granted at the beginning of your rental time. We recommend booking additional time if you require extra minutes for setup or decoration purposes. This policy ensures that other artists can utilize the space during periods outside of your reserved time-frame. Please note* vanities cannot be removed from the tables or moved on the day of your class. If you need us to remove/move tables, let us know at least 48 hours before your event.
- Can I bring alcohol? Yes! Drink responsibly.Ā
- Can I bring food or have it delivered? Yes!
- Is there a fridge or microwave? No
- Is there a speaker in the room? Yes, there is a Bluetooth speaker you can connect to and play your own music
- Will there be a camera and tv showing my demonstration? Yes! We will help you get your model in frame.Ā
- Do my students get a discount on the day of my class? Yes! Ask about our commission program
- What is the maximum amount of students I can have in the large classroom? 22 Students is the max for a hands on class. If you are doing a demo only, we can move the vanities and chairs to accommodate up to 44 people.
- Is it possible to move the tables, chair and TV in the classroom? Yes! This is available as an add on. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental date for any changes. If you inform us on the day of your class, there may be a delay in starting as we arrange the setup to your liking. Your ending time will not be extended due to delays of re-arranging the room.Ā
- Can I bring a photographer or videographer? Yes!Ā

If I arrive late will my end time be pushed back? No, your end time will remain the same. If you need additional time you can add an additional hour based on availability.Ā
- Can I sell my own products during class? Yes! You're welcome to sell your personal products to students attending your class, inside the classroom. However, please note: any sales or promotions of outside products must be limited to your enrolled students only and cannot be marketed on our salesfloor to other store visitors.
CLEANLINESS:
Every artist that uses the studio is required to leave the space clean for the next person. No makeup on the chairs, tables, mirror or floor. All trash placed in the trash can. No personal items left in the room. Cleaning spray and paper towels are available for use.Ā
CANCELLATIONS:
Due to the nature of this booking, no one else can reserve a date and time once you have paid for a date. Due to this, 50% of your total is non-refundable.Ā
If theMUAproject is forced to close due to circumstances out of our control, you will receive a refund for your paid session. Events out of our control include but are not limited to: Flooding, extreme weather, quarantine, etc.Ā
There is a possibility you and/or your party/ guest ("client") will be in behind the scenes in our photography and recordings that will be shared across our social media and website for marketing purposes.
By booking our classroom, you agree to the terms above.Ā
