Customer Service

  • Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

    We know you are anxiously waiting for your new goodies so we try to process your order as soon as we receive them. We process orders generally within 24 - 48hrs after your order is placed but we will try to get your order out the same business day. If your order is placed Friday afternoon or Saturday & Sunday it will be processed and shipped out the following Monday. If we are closed for a Holiday your order will be processed the next business day we are open, we process and ship orders Monday thru Friday.

    All of our regular non-PRO domestic orders ship for a reasonable flat rate of $4.99. If your order qualifies for free shipping your item will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. You can, however, opt for faster shipping at check out if you need your order sooner. Some items in our store will ship directly from our vendors. 

    Delivery Issues

    Stolen Items - Unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen items.

    An incorrect address was given at check-out - Sadly, if an incorrect/incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for the shipping costs. Once the order is returned to us, we can reship it for a small cost on new shipping charges. If USPS scans and confirms delivery of your package to your address, we cannot issue a refund for a missing package.

    Order still not delivered - USPS will sometimes mark a package as delivered when it is still in transit. Please give them a little time. If you do not receive your package within a couple days, please contact your local post office with the tracking info. The USPS is the responsible party, once the shipment leaves our facility it is out of hands.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    Returns or Exchanges for store credit only within 7 days from the date of purchase on new + unused + unopened items only. Sale/Closeout/Liquidation/Promotional items are all sales final. Due to the nature of the products in our store and due to sanitary concerns we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.  Thank you for your understanding. 

    Online shoppers your will need to ship your items back to our facility at your expense and your postage must show it was shipped within the seventh day from the date of delivery. We strongly suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number, we will not be responsible for lost packages. Store credit will be applied to your account after inspection and approval of returned items. Please only send unopened + unused + new items back to avoid delays in processing. If your item is damaged in transit please submit a claim with the carrier. Our responsibility stops once your order leaves our store.

    Please keep in mind due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the products in our store. We do our very best to make sure our images are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotion

    We accept debit and credit cards issued from MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa. We accept Paypal also but keep in mind if you choose to pay through Paypal w/ eCheck your order will be delayed until the eCheck clears, which normally happens within 5 to 7 business days. Sorry, for online orders no cash, checks, traveler's checks, money orders, COD's, or other credit cards are accepted at this time.
